Mr Olulade Ademokun, PE. is a Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience in Structural Design, Construction Management, Special Inspections and Materials Testing. He founded JOADEM Corporation in 2013 and is currently the President. Mr Ademokun manages the company's business development, client relations and financial matters.
Before establishing JOADEM Corporation, Mr Ademokun was the Vice President of Engineering at Twin Peaks Inc where he successfully trained and managed several Inspectors and technicians, handle clients, accreditation, compliance, audits, laboratory and Inspection related issues.
Mr Ademokun is a Professional Engineer of repute with multi certifications in several areas of engineering, inspection and materials testing ranging from, ACI, ICC, AWS, ANSI etc.
He has successfully tutored/trained several inspectors for certifications, ICC certs and ACI at several levels both in the classroom and field operations.
He has successfully coordinated Quality assurance of several projects handled by different qualified inspectors.
Funmilola Ademokun VP Administration
Mrs. Funmilola Ademokun is a recognized business development executive with over 10 years of experience in business administration, business development, marketing and contract sourcing. She pride in her extensive multi-level network of influential business leaders, diversity representatives, and trade organizations to create change and results in NY Metro areas and environs.
She manages and ensures diversity obligations of the business by maintaining all Minority goals are met. Mrs. Funmilola is a co-owner of JOADEM Corporation and has contributed immensely to the development of the business in every capacity.
Umer Sharif, CCM VP Operations
Mr. Umer Sharif has a Master's Degree in Management Information System as well as a Master's Degree in Computer Sciences. He has over fifteen years of experience in the Engineering, Leadership and Project Management fields. He has covered a variety of projects including housing, education, commercial, institutional, water, and roadways. He is an experienced and motivated leader to raise and grow diverse work groups and project teams.
He has been involved in all phases of project execution with significant initial planning and development involvement, site selection and investigation, environmental due diligence, conceptual design, and completion of construction documents.

Mr Gang Lin graduated with highest honor in Accounting "Summa Cum Laude" from University at Buffalo. He has nine years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping across various industries. Since he joined JOADEM Corporation in 2018, He has proven to be highly accountable and detail-oriented in his approach to the growth and development of the corporation as well as providing exceptional services to our numerous Clients.
Angela A. Hernandez Project Cordinator
Angela Alvarez-Hernandez is a Computer Science Engineer, with over 25 years of professional experience in Project Management, Business Administration, Workflow & Database Analysis for the Engineering and Construction industries. Angela has, over the years developed strong organizational, management, leadership, and communication skills on project management for private and commercial businesses.
Her professional trajectory in New York has grown from Office Manager for a Concrete Laboratory Testing to a Project Manager Assistant, Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Assurance Coordinator for Special Inspections Agencies in the Construction Industry including being a Project coordinator at the LaGuardia Airport Redevelopment.
Angela joined JOADEM Corporation in 2022 as Project Coordinator QA/QC with responsibilities to oversee the compliance of special inspections for series of projects like the Delta Air Lines, JFK Airport - Terminal 4, Phase 2.5. with active involvement in JFK Airport Terminals 1, 6 and 8 among other projects.
Olabisi O. Ologunleko (PMP) Field Operations Manager
Olabisi Ologunleko has a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Eng) with more than twenty years of experience in construction industry, project management and Special Inspections. Olabisi joined JOADEM as a Special Inspector on multiple multi million Dollars projects both private and public clients:- buildings projects, subway infrastructures, Airports and other civil structures.
Olabisi, following his excellent performance and team player ability earned the Field Operations Position. He has years of great experiences in Project management and job site coordination of Inspectors on several projects like The Laguardia Airport Redevelopment, Long Island Rail Road 3rd Track Project, JFK Redevelopment Terminal 4 and MTA projects. Olabisi manages Jobsite QA/QC on projects, Schedules inspection and testing with coordination between operations, consultants, material laboratories and clients
Steven Antioco Assistant Project Manager
Steven Antioco started his career as Quality Control/Quality Assurance Representative for U.S. Concrete with multiple projects all around the 5 boroughs . Steven has worked extensively on concrete and its related applications for over 8 years both in Field Inspection as well as Laboratory testing.
Since joining Joadem Corporation Steven has become adept at many other aspects of Special Inspections leading to his new role as Assistant Project Manager earned by his continued learning ability and the desire to grow the company. Steven is certified by ACI in several fields both in the field of Inspection as a Concrete Construction Special Inspector (CCSI) Laboratory as ACI Laboratory Technician.
