Kartrite Hotels and Water Park hired JOADEM Corporation to provide QA/QC Special Inspections and Materials Testing on this project.

Additionally, the company oversees the installation of wall sheathing, Backstop air/water barrier, Outsulation plus MD system, Fiber Cement architectural wall panels, and interior drywall.

JOADEM Corporation meticulously reviews submittals and Request for Information(RFIs). This diligent review process enables for the identification of non-compliance issues, which are addressed promptly through issuance of Non-Conformance Reports(NCRs).
