NYC DOE LOCAL LAW 11/98 CYCLE 9 FAÇADE INSPECTIONS

JOADEM Corporation has extensive experience performing façade inspections under the NYC DOE Local Law 11 Cycle 9 contract. This project required the inspection of approximately 40 building façades to be conducted and witnessed by or under direct supervision of a N.Y. State licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) on behalf of the Division of School Facilities. Inspection includes all façade, parapet walls, railings and guard railings, fire escapes window, mounted air conditioners, etc.

JOADEM Corporation thoroughly inspected the designated buildings to ensure the structural stability of the buildings as required by Local Law 11/98 Cycle 9 with a starting date of February 21, 2020. As a consultant, JOADEM Corporation reported the findings of the inspections in accordance with the categories as amended by Local Law 11/98-Cycle 9. All submission were completed (TR6 Preparation, reports, photographs etc).
