THE NORDIC - RESIDENTIAL BUILDING PROJECT

The Nordic residential building is located at 23-67 31st Street, alongside the elevated tracks for the N and W subway lines. The Scandinavian-inspired luxury building is comprised of eight one-bedrooms and one two-bedroom penthouse, with each unit featuring 10-foot-high ceilings and an open floorplan. Nearly all units have private outdoor spaces.

The building is being touted as “the most technologically advanced residential building in Queens” since it offers keyless entry throughout the entire building, LED lighting throughout, radiant heated floors in each apartment and on the terraces; touchless-flush toilets, and smart home automation systems.
