Olulade Ademokun PE.

President/CEO

Olulade Ademokun, PE. is a Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience in Structural Design, Construction Management, Special Inspections and Materials Testing. He founded JOADEM Corporation in 2013 and is currently the President. Ademokun manages the company’s business development, client relations and financial matters.

Before establishing JOADEM Corporation, Ademokun was the Vice President of Engineering at Twin Peaks Inc where he successfully trained and managed several Inspectors and technicians, handled clients, accreditation, compliance, audits, laboratory and Inspection related issues.

Ademokun is a Professional Engineer of repute with multi certifications in several areas of engineering, inspection and materials testing ranging from, ACI, ICC, AWS, ANSI etc.

He has successfully tutored/trained several inspectors for certifications, ICC certs and ACI at several levels both in the classroom and field operations.

He has successfully coordinated Quality assurance of several projects handled by different qualified inspectors.

Funmilola Ademokun

VP/Administration

Funmilola Ademokun is a recognized business development executive with over 10 years of experience in business administration, business development, marketing and contract sourcing.

She prides in her extensive multi-level network of influential business leaders, diversity representatives, and trade organizations to create change and results in NY Metro areas and environs.

She manages diversity obligations of the business by ensuring all minority goals are met. Mrs. Funmilola is a co-owner of JOADEM Corporation and has contributed immensely to the development of the business in every capacity.

Brian Lin

Accounts Manager

Gang Lin graduated with highest honor in Accounting “Summa Cum Laude” from University of Buffalo. He has nine years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping across various industries.

Since he joined JOADEM Corporation in 2018, He has proven to be highly accountable and detail-oriented in his approach to the growth and development of the corporation as well as providing exceptional services to our numerous Clients.

Olabisi O. Ologunleko (PMP)

Field Operations Manager

Olabisi Ologunleko has a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Eng) with more than twenty years of experience in construction industry, project management and Special Inspections. Olabisi joined JOADEM as a Special Inspector on multiple multi million Dollars projects, both private and public clients:- buildings projects, subway infrastructures, Airports and other civil structures.

Olabisi, following his excellent performance and team player ability earned the Field Operations Position. He has years of great experiences in Project management and job site coordination of Inspectors on several projects like The Laguardia Airport Redevelopment, Long Island Rail Road 3rd Track Project, JFK Redevelopment Terminal 4 and MTA projects. Olabisi manages Jobsite QA/QC on projects, Schedules inspection and testing with coordination between operations, consultants, material laboratories and clients

Steven Antioco

Assistant Project Manager

Steven Antioco started his career as Quality Control/Quality Assurance Representative for U.S. Concrete with multiple projects all around the 5 boroughs . Steven has worked extensively on concrete and its related applications for over 8 years both in Field Inspection as well as Laboratory testing.

Since joining JOADEM Corporation Steven has become adept at many other aspects of Special Inspections leading to his new role as Assistant Project Manager earned by his continued learning ability and the desire to grow the company.

Steven is certified by ACI both in the field as a Concrete Construction Special Inspector (CCSI) and the laboratory as ACI Laboratory Technician.

Peter Kefalas

Business Development Manager

Peter Kefalas has been a top Business Development Consultant for over 20 years in various sectors, including Technology and Private Real Estate Investments. He connects with clients, creating mutually beneficial long-term relationships, penetrating markets, and increasing revenue. Over the course of his years at Multi-National Companies and Start Up Companies, Peter coached, mentored, and built many marketing teams that all thrived under his tenure.

As the Business Development Manager at JOADEM Corporation, Peter works to grow and improve our project portfolio, by developing mutually beneficial proposals, negotiating contract terms, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
