THE NEW TERMINAL ONE PROJECT - JFK

The New Terminal One is a key component of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s $19 billion transformation of JFK Airport into a world-class gateway, which will include two new terminals, the modernization and expansion of two existing terminals, a new ground transportation center, and an entirely new, simplified roadway network

The Special Inspections and Materials Testing services was awarded to KS Engineering and Bureau Veritas, in collaboration with JOADEM Corporation as a Special Inspection Agency to facilitate meeting the overall set M/W/DBE Goal on the project.

The construction of the $9.5 billion New Terminal One is currently being built on the sites of the former Terminal 1, 2 and 3, aiming to transform the international travel experience to and from New York.

JOADEM Corporation’s role in the project as a Class 1 agency encompasses the following services:

Special Inspection Services

  • Deep foundation elements – piles
