JOADEM Corporation has been entrusted by Bureau Veritas to provide QC Special Inspections and Materials Testing services for the Performing Arts Center (PAC) project. Located at the intersection of Fulton and Greenwich streets in Manhattan, the PAC is a remarkable multi-space facility within the World Trade Center Complex.

With a height of 130 feet, the PAC stands as an impressive structure adorned with marble cladding. The initial phases of the project have primarily focused on subterranean work. JOADEM has been involved in inspecting the circular ramp, which comprises various steel components and rebar. Additionally, we have conducted sampling and testing of the poured concrete used in the construction of walls and columns.
